Is there a way to the the DBGhost packager add with encryption to the views, stored procedures and functions when it creates the .exe?

Not at present but it is on the feature list.

The latest version of the Packager (v5.0.613) now has options to encrypt sprocs, triggers, views and functions on the target database.
